In this role you will involve assisting in the assessment of market value for loan portfolios, setting trade-level pricing and haircuts, coordinating with internal risk partners, and supporting key governance and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with origination, trading, and infrastructure teams to help ensure smooth execution across the deal lifecycle.
To be successful as a Residential Warehouse Trader Analyst, you should have:
Familiarity with trade lifecycle processes and financial products, particularly in residential or structured finance
Advanced analytical skills with experience in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation development
Understanding of market risk concepts, P&L reporting, and operational workflows

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ample written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration
Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and organizational skills

This role is located in our New York, NY office.
This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $125,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To execute trades and manage risk within a defined portfolio of financial instruments and staying informed about market trends and developments to make informed trading decisions.
