You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Proficiency in designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer care fraud prevention operations, utilising data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement.
Key critical skills required for this role include:
Expertise in SQL, SAS, Python, Data Analytics and Reporting.
Experience in Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, build relationships, and present findings.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data quickly and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
