Explore locationJoin us as an Assistant Fraud Strategy Manager at Barclays UK. You will be responsible for deep diving into debit card fraud cases, uncovering the root causes and piecing together exactly how the fraud happened - turning insight into action and shaping the strategies that keep our customers safe.
To be successful as an Assistant Fraud Strategy Manager, you should have:
Fraud expertise and/or operational experience, such as working in a frontline telephony team or in fraud customer care.
Previous experience in an investigative role.
Experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in Northampton or Manchester.
Purpose of the role
To support the Risk Function in delivering it’s objective of safeguarding the bank's financial and operational stability by proactively identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks across various business units and activities.
