Explore locationJoin us as a Change Delivery Manager within the Digitise MI Programme at Barclays, part of the Trial Balance and Reporting Pillar, where you will play a key role in delivering a strategic transformation initiative focused on modernising reporting across the organisation. The programme is focused on modernising reporting capabilities by replacing thousands of existing reports and spreadsheets with a single, digitised platform, creating a centralised and scalable solution for internal and external reporting consumers.
The role will include leading the end-to-end delivery of change initiatives across multiple reporting and technology workstreams, driving planning, governance and execution activities to ensure successful programme outcomes and working closely with business, technology and operational stakeholders to support the adoption of new reporting capabilities.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have:
• Proven experience delivering complex change initiatives across multiple workstreams, managing different project teams within large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong experience developing and managing delivery plans, identifying risks, and ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence various stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams
Some other highly valued skills may include (3 desirable skills):
• Experience delivering technology projects involving data, reporting, and analytics, including data warehousing, digitised MI, data acquisition, and data consolidation initiatives
• Familiarity with leveraging AI capabilities and modern tooling to enhance delivery effectiveness and team productivity
• Experience within Finance, Treasury, or wider financial services reporting environments

To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
