Explore locationWe are seeking an experienced and analytical Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead and enhance our Internal Fraud Analytics capability. This role is responsible for identifying, monitoring and mitigating risks associated with employee fraud, misconduct, and internal financial crime through advanced analytics, data-driven investigations and proactive risk management.
To be successful in the role of an Internal Fraud Analytics AVP you must have:
Experience in fraud analytics, internal fraud, financial crime analytics, or investigations within a banking or financial services environment.
Advanced SQL skills and experience analysing large and complex datasets.
Experience with Python, SAS.
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to a technical or non-technical audience.
Some other highly valued skills include:
The ability to work to strict deadlines.
Experience producing high level reporting and presenting findings to senior management.
Excellent problem-solving, investigative and critical thinking skills.

This role is based in Northampton.
Purpose of the role
To enable data-driven strategic and operational decision making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through clear visualisations and reports.
