Explore locationJoin our Fraud Change team as a Senior Business Analyst, where you’ll help safeguard society and enable safe growth through data and technology enabled services. You’ll shape the strategic change agenda by defining business requirements and supporting the development of solutions that reduce fraud losses and strengthen controls.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you should have:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on business process-driven design.
Extensive Economic Crime experience in Financial Services, leading multi-faceted requirements, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering strategic change aligned to regulatory and control objectives.
Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
A recognised Business Analysis qualification.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with agile methodologies to deliver change effectively.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in one of our Northampton, Knutsford, or Glasgow offices.
