The Country Head of HR will be working in partnership with the Country leadership team as a trusted advisor, contributing to the development of the business area’s. Acting as a change agent by leading and delivering the transformation of Czech Republic HR model, as well as contributing to Global PD&E transformation initiatives that enable us to provide quality and efficient client centric outcomes.

Essential Skills:

  • You will be a motivated self-starter, an ambassador for change and will take a data-led approach in all decision making
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to present insightful data to influence decisions , able to analyse problems and evaluate options in a logical and systematic way
  • You will have the ability to drive innovation across a complex matrix organisation working with a number of stakeholders within HR

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with creating and maintaining a culture in which trust and mutual respect are valued, challenging people and systems that do not support this.
  • You will have evidenced experience of using complex influencing strategies and to convey a strong vision to achieve results and obtain buy-in across the organisation.
  • You will help build a culture where involvement and sharing are seen as essential for the achievement of shared objectives and agendas. Setting a clear agenda where business areas and functions understand their contribution to the future success of the organisation.

This role is based in Prague.

Purpose of the role

To partner with business to deliver HR projects and programmes in alignment with the delivery service catalogue. 

Accountabilities

  • Collaboration across the function to deliver HR cyclical and non-cyclical activities such as: organisational design, talent reviews, D&I strategy, annual promotion processes, pay round implementation, succession planning, and other HR practices.
  • Project manage defined cyclical and non-cyclical activity ensuring use of project artefacts and collateral.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of project progress, including risks and mitigations and closing of project as appropriate.
  • Manage project implementation reviews and ensuring improvements are identified and implemented in line with customer feedback.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with both HR Business Partners and business leadership using business insights and knowledge to support delivery of key projects.

  • OR for an individual contributor, they will be a subject matter expert within own discipline and will guide technical direction. They will lead collaborative, multi-year assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialisation to complete assignments.   • Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.

  • Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretative thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
