To be successful as an AVP - Finance SME Capability Lead you should have:
Academic and professional qualifications that may include CA / CFA / Master in Finance / Financial Engineering would be an advantage.
Able to pay attention to detail and demonstrate awareness of internal controls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complicated issues to management and other impacted areas and ensure timely resolution of breaks and issues.

Have proven ability to work under pressure and balance priorities to meet tight deadline.
Proven ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and to actively participate in its development.
Be an excellent team player with the ability to also work independently when required.
Understanding and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques/full project lifecycle processes.

This role will be based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To develop business capabilities for Finance through key stages of functional design, data, end-to-end-process and controls, delivery, and functional testing.
