To be successful as an AVP - Ops Transformation you should have experience with:
The role requires the candidate to be an expert in Lean Six Sigma
Candidate should have working knowledge of Automation (project delivery lifecycle) including impact assessment on parameters like risk & controls, cost vs benefit / business case preparation, supporting automation performance analysis
Minimum process re-engineering / transformation related experience of rich years
Understanding of Banking processes
Expertise in value Stream Mapping, identifying process wastes, robotic opportunities and end to end stakeholder and project management.
Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or other mainstream process mapping tool
Understanding and experience of managing operational risks and controls
Some other highly valued skills includes:
Understanding of and exposure to project management disciplines and techniques
Exposure of various automation tools like UI Path, Appian, APIs, Data Management, Digitization and should be adept in carrying out discovery exercises independently.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and , change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
