Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as a Business Analyst within our Functions Digital Channels team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital Colleague and Compliance landscape. In this role, you will lead the evolution from traditional UI‑centric solutions to AI‑first, intelligence‑driven experiences, enabling “AI for all” across the organisation. You’ll act as the critical bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to real colleague problems, measurable outcomes, and enterprise governance standards. You will also play a key role in driving future integration and alignment with the Colleague CIO organisation as part of our broader digital workplace and platform strategy. You’ll be embedded in a programme operating with high visibility and tangible impact. In return, you’ll gain deep exposure to complex enterprise environments, and a delivery model that actively invests in best‑practice analysis, continuous improvement, and career growth.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
Extensive experience with proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst on large scale technology initiatives within investment banking / financial services.
Be confident eliciting, analysing, and documenting requirements using a range of techniques (workshops, journey mapping, user stories, process modelling) across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Translate colleague and business needs into clear problem statements, functional requirements, and value hypotheses that inform solution design and prioritisation.
Work closely with developers, solution architects, and product owners to ensure requirements are feasible, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards and target architectures.
Apply strong analytical thinking to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and productivity improvement across end‑to‑end colleague processes.
Help define and track benefits, KPIs, and outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value to colleagues and the wider organisation.
Some of Highly Valued Skills may include:
Formal training in business analysis and change management such as ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis from the British Computer Society (BCS) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The location of the role is Pune, IN.
