Reporting & Controls Analyst
Candidate should have proven experience managing large data set, following process and policies set by the organization.
Candidate should be able to spot the data quality issues in the artefacts, reports and work with stakeholders to remediate.
Candidate must have experience in Timesheet compliance/management.
Should have hands on experience in PPM tools like Navigator/Clarity/equivalent to track the timesheets centrally for the BU/TC.
The candidate will run the reconciliations and publish the variance reports viz. Forecast Vs Actuals and work with stakeholders to remediate the gaps.
Should publish bespoke reports with different data points based on the needs of the management to take informed decisions.
Should run the periodic checks to ensure the data quality is of the highest standard in our reporting and planning tools.
Should manage the workforce data in coordination with Business Management and Tech delivery teams in the forecasting tool.
Should manage the details of non-resource budget in the forecasting tool in coordination with the tech delivery teams and finance.
Should have proven experience in data mining to provide the portfolio management team the desired data from various sources like colleague recognitions, timebooking actuals, Application master list, JIRA Service desk ticket extracts, etc.
The candidate should help wider team to manage the data repository.
Generic Requirements:
Candidate MUST possess excellent MS-Excel skills.
Hands on experience in different tools like Navigator, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, COUPA, Tableau, etc. is preferred.
Any certifications like PMP, Prine2, etc. will be a plus.
Experience working in the technology domain of BFSI industry preferred.
Candidate should be good at communication, quick learner, pay attention to details, have proactive approach.
Must be ready to work for UK time zone/working hours.
This role is based in Pune.
