To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Bachelor’s degree (BE/BSc) or equivalent industry experience
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products
Responsibility for delivering and managing large scale products and portfolios in a technology context
Experience serving as Product Owner or Scrum Master in agile teams
Expert proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking
Experience with Jira workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reporting
Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Banking/financial services experience
Ability to evaluate technical architecture and make informed product decisions
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and AI ethics frameworks

This role is based in Pune office.
