Extensive experience in governance, risk reporting, control oversight, and assurance activities.
Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, and Operational Resiliency standards and frameworks.
Experience managing and interpreting risk and control metrics, including KPIs, KRIs, and Key Control Indicators (KCIs).
Proven ability to proactively identify cyber risks, assess control weaknesses, and support remediation activities.
Ability to leverage modern AI tools and automation capabilities to improve productivity, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Good understanding of Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Banking, or Financial Services operating environments.
Knowledge of industry risk and security frameworks.
Experience working within Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Controls, or Resilience functions in a global financial institution.
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively within a small team supporting a complex and highly regulated function.

This role is based in Pune.
Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the banks operational, financial, and reputational risk.
