Explore locationThis is an exciting opportunity to join Barclays as an Executive Assistant and play a pivotal in providing first-class secretarial assistance to bankers with regional coverage clients. Track and follow up with actions for Bankers to stay compliant (eg, Compliance pre-approvals for client entertainment spends, cross-border approvals). Previous job experience in proficient understanding and proven ability to effectively manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative assistance as needed will be a plus. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, management of communication channels and ensuring effective coordination across different departments and teams are relevant for success in this role.
