This is an exciting opportunity to use your passion and skills to lead and coach your team to assist customers in making life-changing decisions and to create a supportive culture and provide exceptional customer service and financial support to our customers. You will need to have a passion for working with people, including both customers and colleagues.
You will be working onsite in the Skegness Branch and need to be able to drive up to 1 hour to support our local sites.
Purpose of the role
To lead and develop a highly engaged team, pioneering an omni channel experience to achieve consistently excellent customer outcomes. Build and maintain your team’s capability to deliver excellent customer outcomes through identifying, understanding, and meeting customer needs both internally and externally, using available tools and enablers to grow business performance.
