To be successful as a Colleague Engagement Lead - VP, you should have:
Experience developing and implementing people, teams, or colleague engagement strategies
Considerable analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience producing executive-level reporting, presentations, and business insights
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers and cross-functional partners
Ample communication skills with experience creating engaging messages, presentations, and colleague-focused content
Other highly valued skills include:
Confirmed ability to oversee multiple programs simultaneously and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Experience within employee engagement, communications, HR, COO, or business oversee functions
Knowledge of team's analytics and colleague data reporting
Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, or workflow automation tools
Familiarity with Early Careers, learning and development or colleague experience programs
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $140,000
Maximum Salary: $200,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To build strong and effective partnerships with the senior leadership of the organisation, advising on how to engage and influence employees to achieve the business’s goals, through an insight-based employee communications strategy, backed up with outstanding execution capability.
