Explore locationAt Barclays, we don’t just embrace change – we drive it. We are seeking a dynamic, meticulous DACA Operations Analyst to join our Deposit Account Control Agreements Team. In your new role as DACA Operations Analyst you will have a dual focus providing support for 1. The end-to-end lifecycle of deposit accounts governed by legal documentation and 2. Operational Readiness and Transformation efforts for US Corporate Bank Operations. In this role, you will demonstrate your banking operational knowledge and experience within line teams. This will include day-to-day functional processing, risk mitigation and compliance, issue resolution, along with a background in supporting the delivery projects.
Key skills required to be successful in your role as our DACA Operations Analyst include:
Providing support for processes relating to legal/contractual agreements or similar control documentation and workflows
Ensuring the activity of accounts and their required agreements are accurately reviewed, monitored, maintained, and reported in accordance with internal controls legal policy and audit readiness
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Business, Technology, Risk, Operations) to execute on operational readiness plans
Enabling continuous improvement via impact assessments, identifying pain points, process mapping, gap analysis
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience with (DACA) Deposit Account Control Agreements or similar control/legal documentation processes
Supporting testing, training, documentation, and post implementation reviews for transformation efforts
Advanced MS Office skills

This role is in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000.00
Maximum Salary: $87,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
