To be successful as a Data Analyst, you should have:

  • Exposure in marketing domain, including campaigns, customer segmentation, and loyalty economics, with advanced analytics using SQL, Python, and Power BI to drive targeted, insight-led decisions

  • Experience with GenAI and prompt engineering to accelerate insight generation, develop interactive dashboards, and enable AI-driven analytics workflows across cloud platforms such as AWS and Databricks

  • Proven ability to design and deliver business intelligence and visualization solutions using tools such as Power BI and Tableau, while leveraging platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, and Copilot for collaboration and knowledge management

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven marketing and customer analytics, including campaign optimization, customer lifetime value, churn, and segmentation, with technical skills in SQL, Python or PySpark, and Tableau, and familiarity with data governance and catalog tools

  • Ample communication skills and the ability to translate complex analytics into clear, executive-ready summaries that support informed decision-making

  • Proven storytelling capability, with the ability to craft insight-driven narratives that effectively connect analytical outputs to measurable business outcomes

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.

Minimum Salary: $90,000

Maximum Salary: $120,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To enable data-driven strategic and operational decision making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through clear visualisations and reports.

Accountabilities

  • Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification, documenting data sources, methodologies, and quality findings with recommendations for improvement. 
  • Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to uncover trends and correlations, develop validated logical data models, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations that drive operational and process improvements, leveraging machine learning/AI.
  • Through data-driven analysis, translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations, identifying opportunities for operational and process improvements.
  • Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports using applicable tools and automate reporting processes for regular and ad-hoc stakeholder needs.
