Explore locationJoin Barclays as an Executive Assistant to Corporate Bank CIO, where you’ll have the chance to support our corporate bank technology team, including executives. You will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including multi-layered calendar coordination, travel coordination, and meeting logistics, act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders and prepare and handle confidential documents, reports, and presentations. You will also support team operations, including onboarding, event planning, and expense tracking and reporting and anticipate needs, while resolving scheduling and communication inquires. To be successful as an Executive Assistant to Corporate Bank CIO, you should have:
Extensive experience working as an executive assistant supporting executives within the financial industry
Previous budget and expense reimbursement experience
Proficient in MS-Office

This role is based in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $80,000
Maximum Salary: $115,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
