In this role, you will work closely with the payroll team to assist with transformation and transition projects within the HR function. You will help guide change requests, supporting efforts to improve processes, and contributing to the implementation of HR technology solutions. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various service lines to evaluate potential impacts and help ensure the smooth execution of payroll-related activities. This will give you a chance to support ongoing improvements and contribute to the evolving payroll and HR environment in exciting ways.
To be successful as an HR Portfolio Project Manager AVP, you should have:
Demonstrated experience in U.S. payroll operations
Experience supporting transformation and transition projects
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for change request implementation
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred; PMP Certification is a plus

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
Maximum Salary: $155,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
