This senior-level position blends communications, change management, and innovation to craft a compelling narrative that builds confidence among internal and external stakeholders—including employees, executives, partners, vendors, and the public. To be successful as a Project Support Lead – Communications Manager, you should have experience with:
Exceptional project management skills
Developing and leading a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy for a major building project, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and the future workplace
Leading the design and execution of key events that align with the project’s strategic project goals and milestones
Creating and implementing a high-impact engagement plan using a variety of channels—social media, press relations, internal communications, digital platforms, and live events
Driving external engagement to ensure stakeholders such as partners, regulators, and the broader public are informed, engaged, and aligned with the project’s vision and progress
Driving innovation incorporating cutting-edge event formats, digital experiences, and interactive tools to drive innovation in communications and engagement activities
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to create and execute communication strategies
Experience in crisis communication and issues management
Background in media relations and public relations
Social media management and content creation expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

This role is based in Whippany, NJ and a secondary location in New York, NY.
Salary for Whippany, NJ:
Minimum Salary: $140,000
Maximum Salary: $200,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.

Minimum Salary: $140,000
