Explore locationBring your strategic mindset to life at Barclays. As a Strategic Execution and Reporting VP, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Corporate Technology. Partnering closely with the Corporate & Payments (C&P) COO Corporate Technology Director of Strategy & Execution, you’ll help drive high-impact priorities across the business. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, CIOs, transaction cycles, the C&P COO Strategy team, and Barclays Execution Services to align technology initiatives with our broader strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups, guiding strategic direction and delivering insight through robust financial modelling, data analysis, and automated reporting.
To be successful as a Strategic Execution and Reporting VP, you should have:
Experience in a strategy team and coordinating messaging to executive-level stakeholders, including setting and tracking key results (OKRs), performance oversight, and reporting
Experience in monthly financial and portfolio reporting, including automation of reporting processes
Experience driving strategic talent development at pace and enhancing colleague engagement to support retention
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Understanding of tech priorities and constraints and proposing target operating models across large organizations
Experience with executive-level governance
PMP certification
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $155,000.00
Maximum Salary: $250,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To lead the portfolio management team in the delivery of successful projects, while ensuring that portfolio management processes and practices are aligned with controls and governance standards and that projects are aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
