Our Explorer Program

You'll join our explorer program, a 2-year program designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

To be considered for this program, you must be an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026 and a GPA of 3.2 or above.

You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and innovation — able to speak both languages and help teams translate ideas into impact. To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Salary / Rate Minimum: $100,000

Salary / Rate Maximum: $110,000

Purpose of the role

To participate in the day to day operations of the technology function, working across a range of technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

  • Participation in design and innovation of products using the newest technologies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the business to understand their needs and convey them to the broader development team, ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
