To be successful as a Finance Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
Ample experience in the Credit Card or Financial Industry
Analytical, technical, and statistical skills with validated ability to process data into meaningful information
Mentorship, interpersonal, multi-tasking, teamwork, and communication skills
Result oriented and able to bring closure to issues
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Degree in Finance or Quantitative discipline preferred
Master’s degree/MBA preferred
SmartView/Essbase, SQL, Alteryx experience a plus
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
