Explore locationJoin us as a Risk Governance and Controls AVP, where you will support the oversight of regulatory requirements, risk governance, reporting, and data controls. You will help ensure alignment with regulatory expectations from the FDIC, PRA, Federal Reserve, and OCC from a risk perspective. You will also support compliance with BCBS 239 and broader regulatory expectations related to reporting, regulatory readiness, governance activities, data lineage, critical data elements, and reporting requirements. Working closely with business and risk partners, you will provide review and challenge across credit and market risk, controls, RCSA, and regulatory initiatives, helping to identify gaps and drive appropriate remediation. To be successful as a Risk Governance and Controls AVP, you should have:
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and BCBS 239 and other regulatory requirements impacting Credit and Markets, data, reporting, governance, and controls
Experience supporting regulatory governance, regulatory readiness, remediation, or regulatory-driven initiatives
Experience with data governance reporting, data lineage, critical data elements, and end-to-end data flows
Ability to develop reporting requirements, produce analytical reports, and maintain effective reporting processes
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience with risk oversight, control testing, RCSA processes, and effective review-and-challenge
Familiarity with regulatory expectations and interaction with regulators such as the FDIC, PRA FED, and OCC
Background in credit analytics, credit strategy, credit cards, or unsecured lending
Hands-on experience with SAS, Databricks, AWS, and Python
