Explore locationWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Operational Readiness Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition of new projects, systems, or processes into operational environments. You will lead and oversee the operational readiness planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operational and business requirements are met, risks are mitigated, and key deliverables are achieved on time.
To be successful as a Senior Operational Readiness Manager, you should have experience with
Working in Contact Center operations
Working the financial services industry
Supporting projects and / or guiding impactful changes
Some other highly valued skills may include
Experience working in operations preferred
experience supporting projects preferred
Capable of understanding technical concepts, impacts and execution
