You’ll experience an immersive learning journey that will give you the opportunity to work with some of the best technology there is, alongside leading developers at Barclays. It begins with an intense and supportive three-month Coding Academy where you’ll learn how to code. We’ll give you access to the latest coding languages, AI and machine learning. After your coding academy, you’ll begin to put your new skills to work on real projects with a team in our technology business. You may even rotate through different groups to gain more experience with some of our most interesting projects. You’ll also have opportunities to take part in global learning hackathons and immerse yourself in the diverse and inclusive culture that Barclays prides itself on.
You don’t need to know how to code or have a background in technology. It’s about being curious and creative, wanting to find simple solutions to complex problems and make the world a better place for us all. That calls for all kinds of people from all kinds of backgrounds. The more unique and diverse perspectives we can bring together, the more meaningful change we can enable.
