Our two-year Explorer Programme is a deep dive into Cards and Payments at Barclays. As an analyst, you’ll enjoy three rotations around this business, with one rotation potentially taking you into a related area of the Consumer Bank. You’ll get insight into what we do, how we do it, how our Barclays businesses fit together – and how your role fits in. And you’ll get exposure to the whole bank – giving you the opportunity to build a strong network and great prospects for development.

What to expect

Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management and Relationship Management. As part of this programme you can achieve two professional qualifications: IMC, which is mandatory in Year One, and CFA (Level One only), which is optional in Year Two. You’ll gain international exposure to our business and build a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank, as you help our clients build on their achievements and fulfil their potential.
