What to expect

Our one-year Data and Analytics Expert Programme focuses on helping you develop specialist expertise in Data and Analytics. The programme starts with intensive training covering the core knowledge and skills you’ll need to succeed. Then you’ll go straight onto a specific desk, collaborating with expert colleagues to deliver highly technical solutions for derivatives pricing, risk management, changes in markets structure, capital utilisation and strategic technological advancements. You’ll research, create and implement new models and expand our computational platform.

How you'll develop

This is job-based, hands-on training, as you build your skills on live projects that really matter. You’ll receive bespoke support and coaching from the very best in the Data and Analytics business: a line manager who wants you to succeed, and a talent coach who’ll be focused on your development. Together, they’ll help you to explore, develop and achieve mastery. And we’ll encourage you to learn, at your own pace, all the skills and techniques you need to thrive in the world of Data and Analytics at Barclays.
