To be successful as a Data Analyst you should have experience with:
Analytics & Data Engineering:
SQL (advanced)
Python (Pandas, PySpark)
PySpark (RDD, DataFrame API)
Hadoop ecosystem: HDFS, Hive, Pig, Impala
Big Data Tools & Frameworks:
HiveQL, HQL optimization
Spark execution tuning
Hadoop cluster operations (basic)
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Unix / Linux, Shell scripting
Additional SQL performance tuning
Service Management, Incident & Problem Management
Knowledge of ETL tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (optional but beneficial)

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To enable data-driven strategic and operational decision making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through clear visualisations and reports.
