This role offers rotational opportunities across key Business Banking areas such as; Relationship Management, Product and Transformation, giving you exposure to diverse scenarios to develop skills to grow your career further.
As a Product and Proposition Manager, you will be responsible for developing product strategies and services that deliver remarkable outcomes for our customers, colleagues, and the bank. You will take responsibility for the product lifecycle and driving strategic change whilst ensuring compliance, risk management, Leverage AI and tech to innovate and optimise product performance and service excellence.
To be successful as a Product and Proposition Manager, you should have experience with:
A keen interest in AI, machine learning, and digital technologies.
Interpretative mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
A passion for shaping the future of financial services.
Professional Services Experience or Accountant qualification.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role can be based in either London, Manchester, Northampton, or Birmingham.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
