Explore locationJoin us as a Digital Manager – Proactive Engagement - Targeting Assistant, where you will play a key role in delivering targeted marketing across secure and public digital channels. You will support digital acquisition and customer lifecycle strategies by supporting the end-to-end setup, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns through the ad server. This role ensures campaigns are accurately trafficked, quality-checked, and paced to meet stakeholder objectives while driving engagement and solution uptake.
To be successful as a Digital Manager – Proactive Engagement - Targeting Assistant you should have:
Experience in campaign creation and management.
Proven experience managing digital inventory, setting up campaigns and uploading creatives.
Data-driven and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
High level of risk awareness with the ability to follow structured processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Understanding of HTML/JavaScript.
Understanding of Digital marketing tools – email marketing/online marketing.
Knowledge of digital ad server platforms and capabilities.

This role will be based in London, Glasgow, Knutsford or Northampton.
