Screening Operations Lead

As a Screening Operations Lead, you will work within the Screening Transformation & innovation team along-side Screening SMEs and Change Delivery Leads as an Operational manager for 6-10 Change analysts focusing on resource management, performance management and peer support.

To be successful as a Screening Operations Lead, you should have:

• Change delivery & leadership experience required to oversee and progress multiple projects/programmes in parallel

• People, Planning & Performance management and development capability required leading a team of Change Business Analysts

• Experience working within Financial Services, preferably within Financial Crime or other regulatory environment

Purpose of the role

To verify the accuracy, reliability, and soundness of the bank's analytical models by independently validating and assuring the quality of models. 

Accountabilities

• Development and implementation of validation plans for new and existing models.
• Preparation of model documentation that clearly explains the model's methodology, assumptions, limitations, and risks.
• Development and implementation of ongoing monitoring frameworks to ensure continued model accuracy and effectiveness, ensuring appropriate controls and governance in place.
• Analysis and assessment of the model's accuracy, performance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performing back testing and stress testing to assess model robustness under different conditions.
