To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Expert level understanding of in data management and its associated tools for maintaining good quality data.
Expert level understanding of methods to analyze poor quality data and under stand data lineage.
Basic understanding of derivative trades, collateralization and netting logics applied in BFSI.
Basic understanding of Reference data and Master data.
Basic understanding of accounting of transactions and its representation in a Bank’s financial statements (P&L and Balance sheet).
Strong communication skills.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Knowledge or hands on experience with dashboard development using tools like Tableau.
Knowledge of KRI and KPI to measure good quality data.
Knowledge\Experience in posting\reviewing of accounting entries for complex derivative trade structures.

Purpose of the role
To enable effective data governance, risk management, and compliance within the bank, acting as a liaison between business units and the Data & Records Management (DRM) function, translating business needs into actionable strategies and ensuring efficient implementation of DRM.
