The role holder will be steering Screening activities, work with senior leadership across global locations to shape the most effective and efficient screening process with a robust control environment.
The role holder will be accountable for the implementation of significant cultural and business change, successfully maximizing benefits realization and mitigating the impacts on customer, colleagues and business.
The role holder will work closely with leadership to ensure critical functions are fulfilled timely and accurately.
The role holder will ensure compliance with Barclays Group Sanctions Policy and with Barclays Regulatory responsibilities in respect of the fight against Financial Crime.
The role holder will be perceived as a role model for leadership and collaboration and demonstrate high levels of confidence in their ability to manage and motivate their team to always deliver.
The role holder will identify, initiate and execute enhancements and improvements across the business, driving culture of efficiency, whilst remaining effective against policy.
The role holder will have a proven record of accomplishment of managerial experience, responsible for the results of a complex and highly regulated and audited area’s operational processing activity.
The role holder will need to support all staff within the area with the evolving and ever-changing environment. Embracing all challenges, self-motivating and driving performance within Operations. Should have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a leadership role.
The role holder will ensure compliance with Barclays Group Sanctions Policy and with Barclays Regulatory responsibilities in respect of the fight against Financial Crime.
The role holder will ensure all Governance, Risk Management, Controls and Compliance requirements are adhered to.
he role holder will be recognized as possessing specialist expertise, ideally business and data analysis relating to Sanctions, AML and Fin Crime functions, acting as an advisor contributing to BAU.
This role is based out of Chennai.
