Explore locationStep into the role of PCSL Servicing at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will focus on supporting post-closure servicing activities across lending lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of loan transactions, fund movements, and servicing requests. The role requires strong operational expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on delivering high-quality service while maintaining compliance with established procedures within Barclays.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Manage loan servicing activities including role bookings, fund transfers, payment processing, and servicing- related transactions.
Support end to end post-closing operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of servicing requests.
Review and maintain loan records, documentation, and system updates in line with operational standards.
Liaise with internal teams, borrowers, agents, and external stakeholders to resolve servicing queries and exceptions .
Monitor operational risks, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure adherence to controls and service level commitments.
Desirable skills set:
Strong experience in loan servicing, lending operations, and post-closing processes.
Knowledge of role booking, fund transfers, and syndicated or wholesale lending operations.
Familiarity with servicing platforms such as LIQ and ACBS.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
