Explore locationThe profile entails account opening and onboarding for personal customers. It involves processing and upkeeping of personal customer requests raised via Online channels (website and application) to perform end to end setting up of Current accounts. We are looking for experienced candidates with agility to work on incoming volumes while ensuring operational parameters are met with success, precision and supreme quality.

To support the Specialist Customer Care team by providing exceptional customer service while resolving more complex customer needs/requests.
