Join us as a "Process Expert " at Barclays, you must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience. Also to deliver HR Colleague Support services to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors.

 To be successful as a " Process Expert ", you should have experience with:

  • Experience in Supplier management operations to deal with business and Barclays supplier.

  • Knowledge and experience about Coupa portal and process unity tool and able to do cost allocation across entities.

  • Hands-on knowledge in cloud-based applications, e.g. Workday, SAP.

  • Working knowledge in case management tools such as ServiceNow.

  • Adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Additional Skills:

  • Work together to implement continuous improvements in the process.

  • Work closely with Supplier managers and finance business partners related to Cost center mapping and other invoice management activities.

  • Able to manage and track Purchase order PO values and invoice clearance and approval.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

This role will be based out of Chennai and shift timing will be 11:30 – 22:30 IST based on the requirement.

Purpose of the role

To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors. 

Accountabilities

  • Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations, including performance management, rewards, benefits and learning operations documentation, coordination, and administration.
  • On- and offboarding of new employees, (including orientation, documentation, coordination, exit interviews), knowledge transfer performance, rewards, learning operations and related administration.
  • Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics.
  • Provision of guidance and support on candidate, colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies, procedures, processes, or guidance.
