Explore locationWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Crime Screening (FCS) Configuration Analyst to support the execution of financial crime screening tasks within our COO function at Barclays. You’ll assist in testing activities, document outcomes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our adverse screening model.
To be successful as a FCS Configuration Analyst, you should have:
Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
Technical understanding of screening systems and processes.
Ability to clearly document findings and outcomes.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in financial crime or risk-related roles.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with adverse media and negative news screening.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow or Bournemouth.
Purpose of the role
To drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies to ensure adherence to policy and standards, using different tools to perform risk-based controls testing, tuning and monitoring.
