Program Manager

The role is responsible for Managing Wholesale Lending transformation program workstreams, with deep ownership in Wholesale Lending - Loans platforms. This role drives strategic investment decisions, future-state architecture, and operating model transformation across Wholesale Lending - Loans. 
The partner closely work with senior leadership to modernize mission critical platforms, strengthen governance and control frameworks, and deliver sustained business. The role combines strong domain depth with strategic leadership, enabling scalable execution, regulatory readiness, and adoption of digital capabilities to deliver measurable and sustainable results in wholesale Lending - Loans platform.

To be successful Program Manager you should have:

• Wholesale Lending - Loans domain Exposure is must, Enterprise-scale transformation leadership across Wholesale Lending and Banking domain.

• Experience in Strategic investment planning, portfolio governance, and benefits realization.

• Experience in managing Enterprise architecture and large-scale platform modernization.

• Executive stakeholder management across Tech and Operations.

• Support in building high-performing global teams in regulated environments.

• Experience in managing Regulatory, risk & control frameworks.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
