Join Barclays in the role of Personal Assistant, where you will provide administrative and organisational assistance to our Germany CEO within our Investment Banking division.
Essential Skills:
Strong communicator.
Discretion and ability to handle confidential, sensitive, and legally privileged information.
Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
Prior management of day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to; completion of expenses, filing maintenance, ordering supplies, maintenance of annual leave records and diary management.
Prior Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant Experience.
Desired Skills:
Proactive and motivated individual and a structured thinker with the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, reliability and makes ownership a priority.
Demonstrates a desire for continued learning and development.
This role will be based TaunusTurm, Frankfurt.
