In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating our organisation’s key capabilities, processes, governance, and organisation structures at an incredibly exciting time during our process transformation. You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring our processes are designed effectively, clearly understood, and consistently adopted across the business.
To be successful as a Business Architect Process Engagement Lead , you should have experience with:
Advanced stakeholder collaboration and senior‑level engagement, with the ability to confidently present, communicate complex ideas with clarity, and facilitate high‑impact workshops.
Comprehensive technical understanding of business architecture with a key focus on process architecture, with the capability to guide design thinking, challenge assumptions, and influence decision‑making.
A proven track record of delivering high‑quality outputs against challenging deadlines, effectively balancing competing priorities and organisational demands.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into scalable, sustainable process solutions.
Subject‑matter expertise in zero-based design thinking particularly in applying these capabilities to enhance process performance and drive efficiency.
Experience with process mining and performance analytics to uncover insights, simplify workflows, and optimise end‑to‑end processes.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology capabilities, alongside job‑specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
