Our Explorer Programme
You'll join our explorer programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to gofully-equippedinto your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

Purpose of the role
To support the day-to-day operations of the human resources division through Provision of insights and expertise that help more senior colleagues make informed decisions. Also support the development of new products and services in addition to identification of new market opportunities.
