Explore locationJoin Barclays as an Avaloq ACPR Developer, where you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software that delivers essential business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Leveraging various engineering methodologies, you’ll play a critical role in supporting ongoing and future projects on the Avaloq platform.
This role requires:
·Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized microservices, with the ability to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on OpenShift.
·Extensive experience in DevOps practices, enabling automation, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.
·Deep expertise with Oracle PL/SQL for database development and integration, including performance optimization and managing large-scale financial datasets.
To be successful as an Avaloq ACPR Developer, you should have:
·Experience in delivering projects in a fast-paced financial environment.
·Knowledge of Avaloq containerized platform (ACPR) architecture and functionalities.
·Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms for scaling and integrating Avaloq solutions with cloud-based services.
·An understanding of cybersecurity principles and financial regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GDPR and PSD2.

This role is based in Glasgow.
