Explore locationBarclays is looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our team, where you'll play a key role in supporting a major Financial Crime transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple business areas, contributing to the improvement of financial crime controls across the entire bank.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within Financial Services.
A good understanding of Barclays' data landscape (preferred) or experience navigating complex enterprise data environments.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different functions and seniority levels.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Glasgow or Northampton office.
