In this role you will collaborate with Operations and Technology partners in delivering and executing on business requirements to fulfil agreed business outcomes for a number of strategic programs across the bank. You will be responsible for creating new business processes and land them in business-as-usual operations, successfully transitioning the new technology frameworks without impact to the business. In role you will work as the primary interface between the Programme and the business-as-usual process and ensure effective two-way communication.
