Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as an Investment Operations Oversight Lead, where you will support business areas with leadership and oversight of key operational processes including Corporate Actions, Transfers and Settlements as well as managing internal and external reporting and issue resolution.
To be successful in the role of an Investment Operations Oversight lead you should be able to:
Manage stakeholder relationships up to director level and can influence third parties.
Robust understanding of regulatory landscape and control environment.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage workloads effectively, with flexibility, adaptability and strong self-management skills.
Ability to understand and navigate complex issues and clearly articulate them.
Leadership qualities, ensuring team efficiency and high standards are implemented and adhered to.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Investment Operations experience across core functions such as Transfers, Settlements and Corporate Actions.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in relationship management.

This role is based in Glasgow.
