Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Senior Risk Management Delivery Analyst and play a key role in delivering technology risk and control initiatives that strengthen governance, support regulatory commitments, and enable safe, controlled change across the organisation. You will collaborate with multiple technology teams to drive delivery outcomes, coordinate dependencies, ensure risk, and control priorities are translated into actionable solutions that support business resilience and operational excellence.
To be successful as a Senior Risk Management Delivery Analyst, you should have experience with:
• Technology Risk & Control Delivery – Supporting end-to-end risk, control, and regulatory-change deliverables across complex technology environments
• Business & Data Analysis – Conducting detailed analysis, translating findings into meaningful business outcomes and coordinating activities across multiple technology teams
• Technology Risk & Control Change Demand Facilitation & Oversight – Converting risk and control outcomes into structured change demand, managing dependencies and providing challenge, governance, and escalation to support effective delivery

This role is based in Northampton or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the banks operational, financial, and reputational risk.
