You will be providing timely, accurate and insightful through designing, developing and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.
To be successful as a Service Management Senior Analyst, you should have:
Ability to manage Stakeholders, engaging and influencing to align towards shared objectives.
Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret and present data insights.
Exposure to Change Management, demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and implement organisational changes while managing expectations.
