As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in exploring, developing, and scaling agentic software engineering capabilities across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of engineering innovation, helping to shape how engineers leverage agentic frameworks, software development tools, and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and unlock new ways of working. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design, prototype, and implement solutions while sharing best practices and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Skills
Experience with agentic software engineering harnesses and the surrounding ecosystem – MCPs, skills, etc.
Significant experience with at least one major programming language.
Understanding of modern Enterprise SDLC toolchains – familiarity with artifact repositories, scanning complexes, build tools and pipelines.
Desirable Skills
Exposure to Prompt Engineering/Agentic Workflow design
Strong technical writing skills – a core aspect of the role will be sharing knowledge of agentic patterns in a fashion that can be consumed by other engineers
A bias to action – the role favours individuals who can rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts
